Areaware Palimals Schaap

The little wooden sheep is charmingly compact at just over two inches, and the non-toxic paint finish feels smooth and safe. The magnets in its feet are stronger than I expected, so it holds a pose on the fridge without sliding off.

The cotton ropes connecting the legs are just the right length to make this little sheep wobble perfectly when you nudge it. It’s surprisingly sturdy for such a small wooden toy, and the non-toxic paint means I’m not worried about my toddler playing with it.

The magnets connecting the legs are strong enough that my toddler hasn't been able to pull them apart, yet they detach easily when she drops it. The wood feels smooth and well-finished, no rough edges at all.
