PHILEO 073 Derby Suede Sunrise - Black

These are my first suede derbies and the rope laces give them a relaxed look I didn't expect from a black shoe. The neolite sole has good grip on wet pavement, and I walked a few miles in them the first day without any break-in pain.

Wore these out the same day they arrived and the neolite sole has just enough grip without feeling clunky. Rope laces stay tied way better than the flat ones on my old pair, which honestly surprised me.

The suede on these has a really nice soft nap that didn't need any breaking in. The rope laces stay tied all day, which I didn't expect from that style. Wore them straight out of the box for a nine-hour day on my feet and no complaints.
