ASICS GEL-Stratus MC - Concrete / Carbon

The mesh upper breathes way better than I expected, and those synthetic overlays give it a sturdy feel without weighing me down. Been wearing them for daily walks and the GEL in the heel really soaks up the pavement shock.

The padded collar hugs my ankle just right on long walks, and the mesh upper keeps my feet from overheating even in the afternoon sun. I've had these for about two weeks now and the GEL at the heel still feels as cushioned as day one.

The flat cotton laces feel more secure than the usual cheap ones, and the synthetic overlays add a nice structure without being stiff. These have quickly become my new go-to for casual wear.
